STEM College has a distinct mission to establish a community in which students excel academically, experience a sense of fulfilment, and enrich themselves through hard work and accomplishment.
Since then, we have continued to take pride in the inviting and approachable environment we have fostered, thereby making education a pleasurable, profitable, and moral venture. We have, over the years, accepted students from all backgrounds with varying talents and assisted them in achieving their goals.
Through perseverance, hard effort, devotion, and commitment, we continue to inspire and instruct all of our pupils on the value of education. Our fundamental opinion is that students gain knowledge from a comprehensive and well-balanced curriculum, which enables them to earn the greatest possible grades.
Our History
We firmly believe in the use of assessment information, both formative and summative, to better inform planning and teaching in the classrooms. We have developed excellent tracking mechanism to record and review the progress of students at all key stages KS3-5.
We have a considerable amount of students come from English as an Additional Language (EAL) background. This has enabled us to develop our abilities to deliver differentiated lessons which allow all students to access the curriculum.

STEM College offers a staff of highly skilled and experienced professionals. We believe that teaching involves two qualities: enthusiasm and preparedness. We are dedicated to our professions, as well as well-organized and skilled in them.
We have high standards for our students and have regularly provided them with engaging classes. However, we continually evaluate and modify our teaching strategies in order to provide more inclusive classes that engage and motivate all students.
Our greatest strength is our capacity to establish respectful relationships with students. We use a combination of auditory, visual, and kinesthetic activities to engage children and make learning enjoyable and tailored to their specific requirements.
We encourage collaborative work whenever possible and have designed lessons to promote debate and cumulative teamwork to complete tasks. We firmly feel that these methods are crucial for encouraging all students to participate in their educational experience.
